All orders placed before 2pm MST Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. If your items are backordered you will receive a call and email from us with information and options on shipping your order.
Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated by your choice of carrier and shipping method, and displayed during checkout. We do not charge box, filler or handling fees.
RSG ships anywhere in the contiguous US. Parts are shipped standard ground F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by the customer. This covers only standard ground shipments within the contiguous US. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, hazardous materials, or special handling. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier, special handling by the carrier, or expedited shipment must be paid by the customer prior to shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Southeast Phoenix location. While placing your order select In-store Pickup and your order will be prepared and ready for you within 2 hours (orders placed before 3pm, Monday - Friday). Pick-up orders placed during non-business hours will be prepared by 10am on the next business day.
We do not offer international shipping through our website at this time. For shipments outside of the contiguous US, a freight forwarder must be used. Any fees associated with freight forwarding must be scheduled and paid for by the customer unless otherwise arranged with RSG. Checking the Status of Your Order
